Systematic physical culture or sports cause adaptation (specific adaptation) of the body to stress. Such is based on morphological, metabolic and functional changes that occur as a result training in various organs tissues, improvement nervous, hormonal autonomic cellular regulation functions. All these determine effects. They are manifested functions ensure implementation this (trained) muscular activity, and, result, an increase level fitness (training) student, growth results. The second effect evidenced by decrease shifts activity leading systems when performing standard non-maximal load. So, same load trained person compared untrained after certain period training, there smaller (in heart rate, pulmonary ventilation, amount contractile skeletal muscles, temperature, lactate concentration, catecholamines other hormones blood, sympathetic nervous etc.), well energy expenditure during exercise (for example, O2 consumption). latter phenomenon manifests itself most noticeably those types performance which associated with mastery complex coordination movements, for swimming.
